What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a premier catering company that specializes in French Mediterranean cuisine. We cater small and large events for all occasions, celebrations, and corporate functions.

Tell us about yourself

I love what I do. Every week is different than the last. My job takes me everywhere in the world, including Mexico, Canada, and Europe. It's traveling that inspires me and gives me fresh new ideas.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We grew from having one event a month on the calendar to having a minimum of 15-20 events a month. This is due to our superb quality, consistency, and professional service.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Always the long hours. After a 14-hour day, you find yourself back in the office catching up with email, writing proposals, and custom designing menus.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be true to yourself and to your product.
  2. Don't give up and only surround yourself with people who believe in you.
  3. It's ok to fall sometimes; it's part of success.
