I create content for digital share. I develop recipes, menus, and concepts and inspire people to go back to cooking again.

Tell us about yourself

My passion for food and my need to feel closer to my family motivated me to start cooking using our ingredients. My motivation is to know people around the world connect with me by doing my recipes or following my "from the heart" tips.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I won MasterChef Latino, and I published two books.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Being a mom! Trying to balance work with mom and wife duties. Taking time for myself and my mental health.
