What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is to help individuals discover, define, grow, utilize and sustain their personal development, growth, and self-leadership. My customers are 35-50-year-old men and women who know they need a change in their current situations.

Tell us about yourself

I got started working on my business to help individuals and companies understand the impact of the lack of alignment between individuals and organizations. After being in Tech for over 25 years and living and working in 7 countries, I now run programs to align individuals with their businesses and vice versa.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Positively impacting over 50 individual lives and over 20 companies. Leading those individuals to much more fulfilled lives and the businesses to greater revenue and reduced costs.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being able to prioritize activities versus the return you get from the activities. In other words, is the activity revenue generating or not as one example.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Do what you are best at.
  2. Outsource what you are not good at.
  3. Always be learning.
