Tell us about yourself
I am a former undefeated Boxing World Champion. My passion for living a healthy lifestyle lead me to start Laila Ali Lifestyle. Helping others find their inner champion and reach their health and wellness goals is what inspires me!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I appreciate that I have been able to accomplish many of the goals I set over the past 15 years. It has not been easy, but being strategic and consistent made the difference.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being a business owner comes with a lot of responsibility. You are not only responsible for yourself and your business but also for the employees that work for you and count on the success of your business for their paychecks.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Make sure you are passionate about your business in general.
- Always look for ways to improve your service or products.
- Delegate tasks to employees that will allow you to focus on creating and growing the business.
