Tell us about yourself

I live to rescue businesses with transformative strategies that drive results. I'm fast and smart in evaluating business practices and sussing out weaknesses. With my considerable marketing, communications, and business development skills, I've been extremely successful in my holistic approach to business transformation. When businesses are struggling, I seek to expand ideas, explode goals and reinvigorate mission-driven growth.

I am an entrepreneur and catalyst partner for finance firms, emerging growth companies, and the cannabis industry. As founder and Principal of Kronus Communications, I drive the development of high-performing marketing and communication strategies, regularly partnering with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, and FBI/CIA specialists to amplify messages and brand awareness, navigate emerging issues, de-bunk misinformation and reverse market perceptions. I'm also the founder and CEO of two B2C eCommerce companies.

To be frank, I started all of this because of how uninspiring corporate America was to me, personally. I don't think all of it is bad or something to not seek but for me, being the disruptor that I am and having an extremely short attention span, I wanted to be the one making the rules and going after the specific business that I wanted. I seek day in and day out to work with the game changers and people who are pushing limits.

I literally wake up every day thinking about how I can mobilize my bandwidth into a vehicle that will change the world. The 'unicorns' and the long random conversations with start-up leaders are what inspire me every day.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Creating a circle of people I can rely on - I grew everything I have by focusing on solid relationships and always thinking about relationships first and money second.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Knowing when to lead with your brain and when to lead with your heart - I think both are needed to become a successful and impactful leader.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  2. Craft a simple but impactful story about yourself that entices people to work with you.
  3. Carry yourself in a way where people remember you after an initial call.
