What's your business, and who are your customers?

I partner with my clients around strategy - organizational, leadership, and management - and make it actionable via a disciplined, thoughtful, and sustainable approach. My clients seek me out to be a trusted strategic partner to support them in gaining greater self-awareness and leadership skills and to collaborate with them on developing their teams and organizations to do their best work.

Tell us about yourself

A constant throughout my career is my desire to engage with people and companies seeking to develop and grow in a sustainable way that they achieve their goals and experience additional values in unexpected ways through the process. I have deep expertise informed by talent optimization, leadership/management/organizational development, change management, coaching, and experiential learning that allows me to work with clients in a holistic, strategic, and practical way.

I love working with clients who realize their organization is at a pivotal growth point that is going to require something different from them as leaders and that this needs to cascade throughout the workforce and their operations.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I launched my own consulting practice over 1.5 years ago and have never looked back! I have worked with a diverse group of clients, and all have been delighted with the results they accomplished with my support. If workplaces are more inclusive and teams and individuals are inspired and supported in doing their best work which in turn supports well-being inside and outside of work, then I feel that I have accomplished a lot!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Creating, learning, and doing...all at the same time.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Connect with what you love doing and what others value in working with you.
  2. Be thoughtful and strategic... jump in and start doing it and you will learn and adapt.
  3. Adopt a growth mindset. Stay curious and experimental, and have fun.
