Tell us about yourself

Hi, my name is Kris Seraphine, and I'm a Copywriter, Business Coach, Brand Strategist, Author, Spiritual Teacher & Channel of the Divine Feminine …, and I'm a mermaid. Not in a literal sense — I don't have a fishy tail or silvery scales. But like a powerful mermaid, I live + breathe in the transitional space between two worlds. The integrity of the land — and the mysteries of the sea. The world of business, branding + marketing — and the world of mysticism, music + mythology.
As a writer, spiritual teacher, and sought-after guide and coach, I'm interested in that liminal, alchemical space — where sexuality + spirituality, marketing + mysticism, cash flow + celestial lore can merge … and make magic.

I missed my daughter's first steps at age 17 months … the whole thing because I was stuck in a 9-5 cubicle HELL! My husband shared a video of her milestone moment with me thinking how excited I'd be, yet all I could do was run to the bathroom and cry. I stepped away from my corporate job in 2011 and started my entrepreneurial journey so I could pave my own unique path in my career AND spend all the time I wanted with my beautiful daughter, Saraphina. I've never looked back.

Since then, I've helped hundreds of entrepreneurs find their voice and their core message so they can expand their healing work in the world, double their incomes, triple their newsletter lists, and have the financial and personal sovereignty they crave.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I am an entrepreneur and 25+ year corporate veteran, and not only that, I've helped many corporations and entrepreneurs reach their big dreamy goals. Here are a few examples:

💎 One wanted to reach $1 Million in tea sales. Done within nine months.
💎 One wanted to win back 5,000-10,000 customers. Exceeded goal with 40,000 customers and nearly $2 Million in sales in 60 days.
💎 One wanted to double their newsletter list. Exceeded goal by tripling their list.

I know my stuff, and I want to help healers and creatives be successful on their own terms. Not everyone wants the responsibility of having a multi-million dollar company, and that's perfectly ok. Whatever your goals are for expanding your reach, your healing skills, your influence, your affluence, and your revenue, it is all sacred.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

What I see in so many other entrepreneurs that I used to struggle with is managing energy–so often, empaths and healers give and give and give of themselves and their energy until they are dangerously depleted! I teach entrepreneurs how to build up their most precious resource, their own energy, by working with the alchemical principles of blending two or more chakras (life force energy centers) into a true magnetic force of healing and attraction. Everything becomes easier: they are more productive, work fewer hours, make more sales and enjoy more personal time with those they love.

When an entrepreneur builds energy from within, they are feeding their soul with the most powerful essence: their own holy, feminine and masculine divine energies!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

My top 3 tips for starting a business today:

  1. Get a loving and balanced mentor who is far along the path of where you want to be, so you will have a clear vision of where you are going. Entrepreneurs who get support move faster towards their desired goal.
  2. Always start a newsletter list! It's great to have a big social media following and a big Facebook group, but those are vanity metrics. You can lose those groups and even your accounts at any time if Facebook/IG wants! Drive people to a compelling free offering and get them on your email list ... that YOU own!
  3. Trust your gut, your intuition. If something doesn't feel right or someone feels "off" trust those feelings! It will save you so much time, money, and heartache!
