What's your business, and who are your customers?
KMSC Training, a subsidiary of K&M Safety Consultants, was formed to train both church and business safety. Our staff, who are Veteran police officers, helps churches and places of worship to train their existing safety/security teams to enhance a team's training or establish a safety program. Using various methods of instruction, our team successfully trains at multiple levels. Including firearms training, our NRA Certified instructors use shooting simulators and live fire range training with your team. With over 31 years of law enforcement experience, our team's excellence in personal and business safety.
Tell us about yourself
Being a 31-year law enforcement officer, I realize that today's society has changed over the years, and there is a huge need for quality, affordable and easy-to-understand training to learn how to protect themselves or loved ones. Skills don't come naturally, so training is extremely important. Whether personal security or corporate security, we need to be able to protect and defend ourselves until help arrives. KMSC Training was created to bring affordable training to the civilian need.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
KMSC Training is a highly rated and acclaimed training academy that has taught hundreds of people, churches, and businesses to enhance their personal or corporate safety.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Marketing and getting clients from interest and asking questions about our training to get clients to schedule our training consistently. Many calls come in asking about KMSC, and they seem interested, but I never hear from them again.
