What's your business, and who are your customers?

Kinetikos Lifestyle™ Management Systems™ provides a broad range of products and services such as assessments (bio-mechanical and bio-electrical impedance analysis, custom meals plans, nutrition supplementation, and a highly functional fitness-based focus when it comes to laying a solid foundation for elevated everyday life movement. Kinetikos Lifestyle's premiere service is its KL 3 Program, a 3 Phase, 3 Tier health and fitness system that focuses on lifestyle plans that adapt to our client's needs as they encounter new challenges and goals in their life.

In addition, we offer a patented product, "The Octofit" and the program "OES 3, which provides a virtual solution to our KL3 Program for those who can't make it to our studio. These products and services are used on a regular basis; therefore, it is our duty to ensure that our customers remain satisfied.

Tell us about yourself

Kinetikos Lifestyle came to exist after decades of working in the fitness industry as a trainer, entrepreneur, inventor, and athlete. Throughout his career, Reggie fills the gaps where the current fitness world falls short. From creating Snap Laces, 1 Vest, and the OctoFit, Reggie strives to develop products and experiences that make fitness accessible and convenient, with a focus on making communities healthier. Kinetikos Lifestyle is more than just a studio gym; we see ourselves as partners in health to help all who enter our doors transform their lives and bodies so that they may enjoy a full, healthy life.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have acquired multiple patents on products I sold in the health and fitness market.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The balance of work and family.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Build it right the first time, which means really considering where you are in your life, where you want to be in the future, and most importantly, in a way that the business doesn't own you.
