Tell us about yourself
We began KSC to support real estate agents and mortgage loan officers through coaching and mentoring. It has now blossomed into not only a mentoring company for all types of businesses but also delivers leadership and mentoring through high-end masterminds for 6-figure earners. What inspires me daily is to see the breakthroughs people experience with accelerated scaling, business relationships, priority management, and situational leadership.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
What I'm most proud of is the validation that the methodology and strategies I used to become a top performer in the financial services industry for over 35 years could be applied to a new business line with strikingly similar results. These tactics are now what I speak and mentor about all over the world.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Remembering you are not an employee.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Don't think like an employee. You used to be that, didn't like it, and made the decision to be in control of your own destiny. Act like it!
- Remember that you have finite energy. You do, however, have infinite time when you choose to spread your activities and tasks across a world-class team.
- Be as good to yourself as you are to your business.
