En'liven Creative Agency is an award-winning branding agency specializing in helping businesses create unique and impactful branding solutions. Tell us about yourself
En'liven Creative Agency is a Denver, Colorado-based creative agency that I founded after witnessing firsthand the detrimental effects of cookie-cutter approaches in business. Having worked in corporate America for many years, I saw countless companies make the same mistakes, usually stemming from hiring high-priced consultants who came in promising to fix everything but only ended up causing more problems. Too often, these businesses relied on templates and formulas instead of thinking outside the box, which ultimately cost them dearly; in many cases, they were forced to declare bankruptcy.
En'liven Creative Agency was founded with the mission of helping businesses avoid these pitfalls. We believe in custom solutions that are tailor-made to fit the specific needs of our clients. Our team of experienced professionals takes the time to get to know your business inside and out before making any recommendations. No two businesses are alike, and we believe that your marketing strategy should reflect that. This personal touch is what sets us apart from the competition, and it's something that I'm very passionate about. En'liven Creative Agency is my second chance at making a difference in the world of business, and I'm determined to make it count.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being a self-taught graphic designer, I feel blessed to have won over 35 awards for design, print, innovation, and strategy. In addition to product placement in the Denver Black West Museum. But I am most proud of being considered one of the top graphic design companies in the United States. But the most important is knowing that my clients know that they can count on me to deliver high-quality work that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being an entrepreneur is hard. You have to be mindful of so many different moving parts and ensure that each one is operating smoothly. But perhaps the hardest part of entrepreneurship is when you don't have a clue about how to navigate the system. It can be difficult to know which vendors to use and trust, and it's essential to have a deep understanding of why developing a strong brand makes a difference in how you run your business. But if you're able to persevere through the tough times, the rewards of entrepreneurship can be great. You'll have the satisfaction of knowing that you built something from scratch and that you're the one in charge of making it a success. So don't give up, even when the going gets tough. The rewards are worth it.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Deciding on the type of entrepreneur you want to be is important for a number of reasons. It allows you to focus your efforts and resources on the areas that matter most to you, and it also helps to prevent burnout. For example, if you want to be a hustler, you need to be okay with working long hours and making sacrifices in other areas of your life. Alternatively, if you want to be a successful entrepreneur, you need to identify your target market and know how to appeal to them. Knowing your worth is also crucial for new business owners. If you do not believe in the value of your products or services, it will be difficult to convince others to invest in your company. Therefore, it is important to set realistic goals and expectations for yourself and your business. By following these tips, you will be well on your way to becoming a successful entrepreneur.
