Kent Water Purification Systems is a leading supplier of water purification systems in the Greater Toronto Area. We provide top-quality equipment and services to residential and commercial customers, with a focus on customer service and innovation. Our team is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality water purification systems available, so they can enjoy better health and peace of mind.
Tell us about yourself
I am a solutions-focused individual with a unique vision that has helped me achieve success in business. With years of experience in the water treatment industry, I was motivated to provide great products and services to my customers. What's more, I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty - I truly believe that the customer should always come first.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
For me, it would be the satisfaction of knowing that I've made someone happy by providing them with quality products and excellent service. All this adds up to make an environment where employees are satisfied enough not only in their job but also as people who work together at our company!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
As an entrepreneur, I thrive my customers should get complete value for their money spent. I take great pride in knowing that my staff are happy, healthy workers who love their jobs because, as a business owner, it can be difficult at times to give attention to their needs, but it is so rewarding to see their satisfaction.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
