What's your business, and who are your customers?
Hi, my name is Kayla, but most know me by Cozy! I am a Storyteller & Conceptual Photographer! My audience and customers are people I suppose love seeing different than just the regular thing! They love cozy photos and that emotion & feeling you get from my photos every time I post!
Tell us about yourself
I honestly feel like photography was destined for me! I started watching this Detroit Photographer "Vuhlandes" on YouTube & he inspired me! The stories and concepts he created were so beautiful, and I was like, I have to get into it! Also, the story of how I got my camera is very interesting to almost makes you think, "oh yeah, this was destined for her."
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I honestly take my business' very small win or improvement as an accomplishment! That's how it should be! I'm very appreciative and thankful!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The negative thoughts that try to take over and Creative Blocks (those are the worst).
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be Patient! Believe in yourself and your work! Be consistent! It's gonna be hard, I promise, and I know, but everything will work out!
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I love everyone that still continues to support me through my journey! I love creating & meeting all of the phenomenal individuals that I continue to meet!
