What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a RTT Hypnotherapist specializing in fear, phobias, and anxiety. I help people uncover the roots and causes of their panic attacks, anxiety attacks, and fears that hold them back from fully experiencing life. Only after one session my client feel relief and understanding of their core problem.

Tell us about yourself

The minute I invited hypnotherapy into my life, I realized this is exactly what I want to do for my business. Bringing value into people's lives is absolutely rewarding. Money comes with the value we bring to this planet. And that's my biggest motivation - to bring value to as many people as possible. Each day, good or bad, I wake up with one goal - how can I give more to the community?

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

In the last two years, it definitely is content I have created for my social media platforms. Sometimes we underestimate the small steps we do every day, but in a year or two, it turns out to be beautiful and incredible results. I have so much free content that my audience can enjoy learning completely for free. And when they are ready, they come to me for deep inner work and total transformation.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Rejection:) business owners need to build immunity to rejections. It can come in different ways - negative comments, no-show appointments, technical issues, downtimes, slow times, and so on. But it is a skill and can be developed. Once you are indifferent to rejections, you gain the freedom to follow your plans without any emotional interruptions).

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Have a vision. It will change in the process, but the more definite you are about your future, the easier it is to guide your business.
  2. Give value before selling. Even in the consultation call, you can give value to your prospect, so they trust you with their journey. If you can give value for free, they become curious about what value you provide for money exchange.
  3. Love what you do and do it for the benefit of all living things. The goal for your business shouldn't harm other people; then, you will be sure to have success and inner fulfillment.
