What's your business, and who are your customers?
Karmascore is an app designed to help you manage your relationship roster. Our customer is anyone that cares about having great relationships.
Tell us about yourself
I am the daughter of an immigrant, a Harvard graduate, a wife, a mom, an author, and a serial entrepreneur. I started this company after I got the idea on a walk with my husband. We were talking about the events of the day, and I told him about my friend, who was going through a bad breakup and thinking there should have been signs—Karmascore was born.
What motivates me is developing something that helps people in their everyday life. Relationships are tied to the health and length of our life, and there was no way to quantify them until now.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The development of our prototype with the help of my team. Thereby taking an idea that was in my head and making it a realization.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The uncertainty that comes with creating something new.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Believe in yourself.
- Persistence.
- Read as much as you can and learn from others that have done it before.
