What's your business, and who are your customers?
Kache Candle Company was founded with the goal of maximizing your scenting experience primarily with candles at every level of elegance and with the addition of wax melts and room sprays. A Kache customer is a candle enthusiast that values a high-quality and elegant scenting experience.
Tell us about yourself
I am a Kache customer. I wanted to make high-quality, clean burning candles with unique, robust scent profiles that are as fun and enticing as the names I give them.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is seeing the faces of my customers as they are introduced to the Kache experience.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is being patient with scaling the business. There are so many scents and combinations that I’m excited about and want to bring to my customers, but I need to pace myself.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
To start, make sure you do your research and do something you have a passion for… when it gets difficult, the passion will keep you going. To run, enjoy the process and keep learning. You will make mistakes. Learn from them and keep going! To grow the business, the building blocks of passion and learning equal flexibility. Add in a hefty dose of patience, and those building blocks will help you get to your goals.
