What's your business, and who are your customers?
HCI is aimed at improving the economy on a macro level by educating low-wage and indigent people in middle-class skill sets, helping them find gainful employment, and training them to use their higher income to build wealth.
Tell us about yourself
I ended up homeless after years of low-wage jobs and decided to build a business from the homeless shelter. It succeeded, and now I teach others.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Adding $300K in income to a handful of formerly low-wage workers' personal economy.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Firing people.
