I started working on my business when I realized I had insights that could make it easier for Black people to get high-paying Tech jobs.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Since 2019 I've helped 324 Black people find new jobs in Tech.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Balancing out and not getting too high off the victories or too low from the disappointments.
