What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business is helping people get healthy by finding and healing the 'root' of their ailments.
Tell us about yourself
I started exercising and reading about nutrition at age 16 and never stopped. I was 10 years ahead of the times for over 20 years, and finally, the world has caught up, and Nutrition and Health are now topics of every conversation!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Julie E Health has been in business for 23 years and continually growing every day. I've been able to help thousands of individuals, from babies to the elderly to cats and dogs, to improve their health and feel better right away while understanding exactly what is going on in their bodies so they can continue to heal.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Having the right support staff has always been a challenge. I finally have had the best support staff, and we were finally expanding into avenues that have been on the top of our list for 10 years, and then the main employee quit on short notice leaving us high and dry due to a family situation for her.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Patience is really important, be willing to put in overtime until things get off the ground and meditate a lot so you can have great energy to attract great customers and staff.
