What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business offers memorable motivational/keynote speeches for your annual conferences and summits, along with training workshops and coaching/consulting services that get results.
Tell us about yourself
Due to being born with a physical "different ability," I wanted to start a business that can literally help to transform, change, and impact the world. I know what it takes first-hand how to face challenges, struggles, and adversity and overcome them through developing mental toughness and resilience.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
There are several major accomplishments that I've obtained even when others thought that I would never make it, so it's hard for me to pick just one. So, here are a few, I became a #1 Best-selling Author in 2020. I have also been featured in Forbes, USA Today, & Entrepreneur. I've been seen on NBC, FOX, and Univision television networks. But, if I had to choose one, it would be that I've been able to inspire the lives of millions of people to view life from a new level to achieve unlimited possibilities.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I believe that one of the hardest things to do as a business owner is building an incredible team. It's tough finding the right people that are a good fit and believe in the vision and mission of the company, but when you do, you develop an indispensable team.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
I would say to set a goal, create and develop a plan, execute the goal and plan, and never give up!
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I am a firm believer that every person is a direct reflection of the stories that they tell themselves, so if you don't like or are not satisfied with what you see, then change the story so you can change your life.
