What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The hardest and probably most important thing for freelancers, solo consultants, and firm owners to do is to figure out how to separate their time spent working from their income.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Get laser-focused on who your ideal buyer is
  2. Identify what they think their most expensive problem is.
  3. Connect the dots between their problem and your solutions.
