What's your business, and who are your customers?
Local yoga studio, we only offer in-person yoga in a more traditional class style. We do not offer hot yoga. Our classes are focused on teaching postures, relaxation, stretching, and mindfulness.
Tell us about yourself
I began attending yoga classes many years ago. I had an opportunity to open a studio within our martial arts school, and I was thrilled with the results. We have many wonderful teachers, and the feedback from the community is excellent.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Providing a space for people to make time for themselves is truly an honour. Offering a place where people feel welcome and that they are valued is really important to our teachers.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Finding the right schedule for as many people as possible that’s definitely a big challenge.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

- Know your worth.
- Operate with integrity.
