What's your business, and who are your customers?

I write books and provide seminars on how to live a healthy lifestyle. My customers are anyone interested in good health.

Tell us about yourself

I had bypass surgery in 1977 at age 32, and the prognosis was not good. I decided to commit to a healthy lifestyle, and it worked. I am now 45 years post-bypass.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Writing 18 books and speaking to more than 2 million people.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Government regulations that cause a loss of time and productivity.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
