What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a photographer, and my main clients are couples, families, and newborn babies.
Tell us about yourself
I absolutely love stories! I love photographing moments you may forget, like the tiny toes of your newborn baby. I love to capture this as my own kids change so much each year, and I love to look back at how little they were just a few years prior.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Photographing the Calgary Flames.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Multitasking, especially during the busy season.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Start with the best gear you can afford. Buy courses to practice photography, and come up with a good system to keep track of your expenses.
