What's your business, and who are your customers?

Online Wellness Coaching. B2C and B2B. My customers are business owners providing wellness support to their employees in order to retain their talents happy and healthy. High-demanding career professionals with poor posture experiencing low productivity and lack of concentration. Burn out professionals that lost the sense of balance and searching for a convenient and predictable way to thrive in life.

Tell us about yourself

I was diagnosed with scoliosis when I was 15 due to chronic back pain I suffered for ten years. Moving was and is therapeutic for my body, and this career has allowed me to heal myself. I discover how health is wealth and since 2010, I teach Yoga and Pilates, as well as nutrition. And I have coached over 1000 people all over the world.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Travelling over 30 countries in the world while doing what I love: Online wellness coaching. This year, I coached a corporation with 270 employees in an online wellness program to get shredded from home.

Specifically, with happy and successful stories like Ajay (back in 2016).  He contacted me about my online fat loss program. Ajay is a business owner and a father of a young toddler from India. He ended up losing 70 kilos in 1 year! I flew to India and met him in person to celebrate such a transformation.

The ability to shape my business even during the pandemic and transform problems into opportunities is also my biggest accomplishment.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Work hours. When you work in your business, you are constantly working even when you sleep, you are creating ideas. It is hard to stop.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Have a business plan set clearly and work on quarter goals with a professional and engaged team.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

A social network is crucial when developing a brand. Take breaks and short vacations every quarter to reset your mind and allow the space to generate innovation.
