What's your business, and who are your customers?
Bliss Reiki Arts offers Reiki, Hypnosis, and Regression therapies. Our customers are looking to enhance their well-being. They may be looking for ways to reduce anxiety, explore their past, or find alternatives to reduce stress. I currently offer over 30 different types of therapy sessions.
Tell us about yourself
My passion for helping others started many years ago. My current certification is a Holy Fire® III Karuna® Reiki Master. I have been trained in the Usui Reiki tradition as well as in the Holy Fire ® tradition. I have expanded my practice to include extensive training and certifications in Hypnosis, Past Life Regression therapy.
Like other Spiritual Regression Therapies, I believe that Reiki and Hypnosis can aid and heal your life on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. I enjoy my passion and practice. It has allowed me to aid and help others achieve higher well-being and experience beautiful healing energy.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
It’s the little things that matter that has certainly added up. Such as helping a client learn to relax and calm herself so much that she no longer needs to take medication. Or helping a client come to terms with his past, which was riddled with abuse, and learn coping skills to move forward and maintain healthy relationships with healthy boundaries.
These are huge benefits for the clients and for me. I am so grateful to help others. I like to see each client shine and become the best version of themselves with the help of Reiki and other therapies that I offer in my practice.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Business is never predictable, no matter how prepared you try to be. Take, for instance, the Pandemic had many businesses facing closure. It was the ability to reinvent your business that allowed many to survive. With Bliss Reiki Arts, I started offering online video sessions as an option for all services.
This was such a great way to connect with my clients safely and maintain my business. I am still offering video sessions, and they are quite popular. It’s just another great example of taking an obstacle and finding the possibility, and that is the essence of being an entrepreneur.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Find Your Backing/Your Tribe – Your family, your partner, and friends that will lift you up and support your dream. These are the people who will remind you that it’s worth it when life seems tough. Have a Plan- And be detailed. Ask other business owners if you don’t know. Your business plan, including your marketing plan, and even extended training should be included.
Set your goals and what you’d like to achieve for the business to maintain and then thrive down the road. Use the Free Resources- is a national treasure that offers volunteers from every aspect you can think of that involves starting a business, and their services are available to you at no charge.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
My goal and my purpose are to bring balance to our Earth. To teach others that it’s okay to be human beings. There is no guilt that needs to burden you, as we often feel guilty just for being human and making mistakes. Reiki takes that energy and balances your being. Reiki is accessible to everyone, and I want people to feel comfortable while guided towards a more peaceful, fulfilled life.
