Tell us about yourself
I was ill for seven years and told I would be in a wheelchair. Instead, I wound up healing myself of all diseases in 3 weeks. Since then, I have been gathering mind/body and energetic tools to help my clients transform their lives from the inside out. I love helping others discover easy and quick tools to make their lives happier and easier!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have been able to support myself and my two kids by living my passion and designing a schedule I love.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Putting limits on reading/answering emails and designating time to regroup so I can serve with my best self. Loving what I do - I can do it for very long periods of time - but know it is better for everyone if I rest and do other things I love too!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be passionate about what you are doing.
- Know you are always going to be learning and be patient with yourself and the process.
- Celebrate each win and be your biggest cheerleader! You will move forward with much more confidence this way!
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Running your own business in something you are passionate about is very rewarding, and it is also a learning process. Trust your instincts but also trust when something is not working, it is okay to begin again. You are the only one judging yourself so harshly. The more loving and supportive of yourself on this journey - the more your journey will continue forward in flow and ease.
