What's your business, and who are your customers?
I help entrepreneurs and small businesses grow and scale by finding their "perfect match virtual assistants" so they can spend more time on the things they truly love to do.
Tell us about yourself
I started my business because I was passionate about marketing, and I saw so many small businesses missing the boat... they weren't taking advantage of so many of the opportunities that were available to them. I started my business by consulting. Now I have scaled that into information products.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The community I have built, "The Front Row." We have the most amazing members, smart entrepreneurs from all over the world. I have to pinch myself sometimes!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
In the early years, it was sacrificing spending time with my kids because I felt like I had to spend so much time doing ALL OF THE THINGS in my business. At about year 2, I realized I needed to hire help. That changed everything, and that's why I'm on a mission to help other solopreneurs to do the same things. We all need to have a life.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Get help sooner than you think. Much sooner.
- Read the book "Profit First" by Mike Michalowicz.
- Find your favorite way to create content, and do that, consistently.
