What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am an executive whisperer, team doctor, and business therapist. I support small companies around strategic planning, management excellence, and employee engagement.

Tell us about yourself

I came to my business after a severe depression. I woke up one day and realized that I wanted to help people find their goals and address their barriers. I realized that the mind is the most valuable real estate that we own. I love to see small increments of progress and how that impacts an organization's growth over time.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I have been able to work with a lot of local high-level executives in my area of Keene, NH. I have achieved a great work/life balance.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

It is often confusing to me how to help a client go to the next level. I have so many coaching tools, but keeping it fresh is always a challenge.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Interview someone that is already doing something that you want to do.
  2. Develop your capacity to not take things personally.
  3. Work with a coach. Everyone has blind spots, and a coach can point those out.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Follow your passion and your gut. Keep your vision alive. It took me many years as a side hustle while working a full-time job to make my coaching business successful. This is while raising an infant!
