What's your business, and who are your customers?
Welcome to Jean Nicole Artistry, currently located in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Jean Nicole Artistry understands that every client has a personal and unique beauty goal. We utilize a customized approach for each client to create the desired look requested. We offer Lash and Brow services. Our services include Lash Extension, Lash Lifts, Ombre Powder Brow, Combo Brow, Microblading, Micro shading, Semi-Permanent Eyeliner, and Lip Blush. We also offer lash extension certification classes and soon-to-be-added brow certification classes.
The services provided at Jean Nicole Artistry are highly recommended for those with hair loss, medical conditions, or anyone who wants to eliminate the stress of having to do beauty daily. I have always been passionate about making people feel their best inside and out. As a lash and brow artist, I can spread my passion by assisting you in that area.
Tell us about yourself
With the stress of working in healthcare for over 15 years as a Registered Nurse but always having a passion for making people feel their best, I needed to find a way to continue that passion in a different career. In 2019 I was introduced to someone who was already in the PMU industry, and she trained me in Permanent Makeup. Jean Nicole Artistry was created soon after that first training. Helping to enhance the smallest detail, placing a smile on someone’s face, and assisting them to achieve the desired look is what motivate me daily. This truly warms my heart!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As a business owner, my biggest accomplishment would be never giving up despite all the times I felt defeated. I continued to take multiple specialized training and educational courses yearly to elevate my business, stay relevant and attract more clients. As a licensed tattoo artist and background as a Licensed Registered Nurse, we pride ourselves on providing a safe and comfortable environment for all.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
For me, venturing out into a new career path and not knowing where and how to start was one of the hardest things as a business owner. Not knowing exactly how to gain clients' trust, achieve consistent clientele, and keep the doors open in the ever-changing world we are currently in has also been hard.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Do research for the business you desire to start, interact, network, and don’t be afraid to promote yourself. If this business is a passion of yours, never give up these are several tips to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business.
