What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business allows a business operator to become a business owner by properly modeling their entire ecosystem with proper SaaS platforms that all play nice together (native integration) while partnering with businesses that are experts of each said platform to setup/implement, train, and support that app-centric corporate area (#remotedepts). Customers are considered Candidates first until we vet them - not every business is a The Automated Method client. That being said, forward-thinking business owners know there is a better way with more software and less humans, driven by business intelligence proper.

I've always been addicted to shortcuts, and I hate unnecessary work.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being able to brag about not working while still owning a business is good for business.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Teaching yourself to turn down work knowing it will break the bandwidth formula.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
If it is your first business, pick something competitive and build the ecosystem for the team using all the tricks in 2022+. Then, advertise that your operations and protocol forward using all the automatic technologies to delete unnecessary work for your team. Finally, advertise your business on all social platforms.
