My background is running a large family business that experienced high growth. After (semi) retiring, I found my passion in helping entrepreneurs scale up and, specifically, family businesses, create the next generation of leaders.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
People issues are significant, and it's very lonely on the top.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Know your Why (Simon Sinek). What impact do you want to have?
- Hire people that are smarter than you are (then, in fact, you're smarter than them).
- Work smarter, not harder!
