Freedom Revamped is a platform dedicated to helping individuals discover an identity, pursue purpose and define internal freedom. Revamped LLC is a consulting company created to help multi-hyphenated entrepreneurs succeed in their various ventures.
What's your background and motivation to grow as a solopreneur?
As someone passionate about so many things, I decided to understand the value of creating lasting impact and connection. When launching my business, I didn’t fully understand all the things I needed to do. As I discovered more, I realized that there was so much more work than many entrepreneurs realize.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishments always come when I help my client succeed at obtaining or rising above their goals.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a solopreneur?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is time management. Being someone who has multiple clients, it can be very hard to manage my time and theirs.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
My top 3 tips would be: Know your audience, work hard, and have fun!
What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance and to keep it all together?
One of the main things I have implemented is business hours. I was the type of person who would work non-stop and not create space for my time. This became overwhelming and tiring.
Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and why?
Two of my favorite entrepreneurs are Shaunie Marie and Maia St Aude. They are both bosses in their own right and aim to inspire others.
