What's your business, and who are your customers?
Ivachi is a premium skin and hair care brand. Our customers are the general public who use personal care products to achieve healthy and beautiful skin and hair.
Tell us about yourself
It all began with a single hair fall. In 2021, I gave birth to my daughter Ivana. At that time, I noticed to have a significant hair fall postnatal. I had never had any hair fall problems before. I tried many hair care products advertised as 100 % effective, but I only got disappointment. I was so concerned about my hair and talked to my husband about it. My husband is a scientist and has worked in the cosmetic industry for over a decade. He found an effective homemade solution that functioned on me like a miracle. The serum he prepared stopped my hair fall and triggered hair regrowth. Afterward, we asked friends and family to try the same hair serum. Even though they all faced different hair-related issues, we received terrific positive results from them. To help people facing similar hair-related problems, IVACHI came into existence. My family and friends joined me in my journey, and after a long discussion with dermatologists and scientists, we worked hard to launch effective skin care products. We want to help people and provide them with excellent products, which motivates me daily.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We provide quality products, which gives me confidence that our customers will like our products.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
It is very hard to convince people to try out products. We are working hard to demonstrate the effectiveness of our products to the audience.
