It's Whit Radacina is a digital agency that supports female entrepreneur's around the globe in online business management, automation, and web design.
Tell us about yourself
I have a passion for helping you earn more money while working less hours. My love of organization runs deep (I live for inbox zero), but my desire to support my fellow anti-hustle, badass, free-time-craving entrepreneurs is what truly fuels me and gets me feeling pumped to go to work.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Building a sustainable business that I am obsessed with and working with dream clients that allow me never to have to work for someone else again.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Finding the work-life balance when you own your own company can be difficult. You don't go to work clock in and clock out when you work for yourself. You are always on, and your business is the tip of your fingers(aka your phone), so it can be difficult to find the balance and create boundaries.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Just start! For a very long time, I contemplated starting my own business, but I didn't think I had the skills for it, and I put it off, and then finally, one day, I took the plunge and figured it out along the way! Best decision ever.
- Do what you're good at. Take the skills you already have and turn that into a business. Don't try to reinvent the wheel.
- Show your face! You need to be able to make a connection. People don't buy goods or services; they buy relationships with people (aka you), so be present, show up on your stories, and network!
