What's your business, and who are your customers?
Through keynote addresses, seminars, leadership development academies, and SAGE (Self-Awareness Group Experience) Forums, we inspire and guide entrepreneurs and leaders to connect with their authentic selves so they can amplify their impact, create meaning and purpose in their life, and create accountable workplaces that align with people’s gifts, passion, and values.
Tell us about yourself
When I was a family therapist, many clients were entrepreneurs, and I saw the pain they experienced when their business took over their lives. What gets me up every morning is my commitment to making an impact in people’s lives. I am passionate about creating a more authentic, accountable, caring world.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have created an amazing business that has allowed me to do what I love and to help others along their life journey.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Ensuring that you run your business, rather than your business running you. Having to let go and trust others who are able to help you run your business. We are not experts at everything, and if you can leverage the right people to do the tasks at which they excel, then the business just gets better.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be clear about the quality of life that is important to you, then ask yourself how your business will support you to create this.
- Be brave and not afraid to fail.
- Be open to change.

As you grow your business, remember three things:
- Don’t confuse standard of living with quality of life.
- Your business is a tool to create what truly matters to you.
- There’s a difference between a successful life and a meaningful life.
