What's your business, and who are your customers?

We help organizations engage their employees, customers, and vendors to have a better customer experience. The more employees and vendors can advocate and understand the business, the better the customer experience and performance of the company.

Tell us about yourself

I was motivated to get into the advertising business by watching TV commercials in the 60s and 70s. My favorite show was bewitched, which was about a witch who was married to an advertising executive.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment was winning the Walmart internal branding account and becoming their agency of record for associate brand marketing. Later in 2012, I was recognized by Consulting magazine As one of the top 25 consultants in the United States

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Sustaining revenue and win or lose agency client environment.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Keep expenses low.
  2. Learn how to generate sustainable revenue.
  3. Hone in on an effective elevator pitch and value proposition.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Take care of your employees, treat them as family, and respect their needs and balance in their lives.
