Hey, I'm Zara Marin Franks, and I run Intuitive Relationship Coaching out of Lisbon, Portugal.

Tell us all about your business...

I'm an intuitive relationship coach, and my customers are single women who have not yet been able to secure long-term partnership or deeply connect to self.

What's your background and motivation to get into the solopreneur life?

It's been a lifetime process. Last year I was called to share my methods with a wider audience. I could no longer stand by and watch my fellow female struggle on a road I had walked before. There's no better feeling than helping someone liberate themselves and succeed.

As a solopreneur, what does success ultimately mean to you?

Success is a perfect feedback of giving and receiving. When what you can easily give, is needed, and what you need, is easily given.

What are the top 3 tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a business today?

1) Just start - take action

2) Test your ideas on other humans ASAP - don't work in a vacuum

3) Educate yourself on what it's going to take - get some mentorship

If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?

Build community.

What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance and to keep it all together?

Know what is priority (usually it's some kind of manageable impact goal), then use the rest of your time to eat nutritiously, sleep, move your body, spend time with friends, day dream, ideate.

Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and best business resources/books?

There are too many to mention. But anything that helps you understand how people work and how you work as a human. Entrepreneurship is an exercise in self discovery and transcendence.

For anyone looking to start a business tomorrow, what would be the number one bit of advice you'd give them

Time is precious, just start.
