What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Clinical Nutritionist, Body Talk Practitioner, Medical Herbalist, and Medical Intuitive. I do functional medicine and muscle testing. I am a Certified Project Manager and Educator. I work with you to balance and heal all areas, including mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, energetic, and psychic bodies. I find and address the core issues. My clients/patients are all people, at any age, who owns a human body and wish to crack the code on their personal bio-individuality. Anyone who wants to know what their best lifestyle application would be. Anyone battling a 'no-hope' medical mystery. Fertility issues, gut health, adrenal fatigue, thyroid disorders, skin disorders and rashes, allergies, organ health, heart health, anti-aging, weight loss, mold, Lyme, ADHD, Autism, Celiac disease... These are just a few of the issues I address in my office and via telehealth. I have a global practice and can work remotely.

Tell us about yourself

My motivation came from self-preservation. I was always sick and wanted to know WHY! I figured it out, then figured out how to HEAL the problem. I do not believe in masking symptoms with medications or supplements. I utilize and apply several modalities to assess and customize the healing needs of each person at an individual level. Some of those modalities include EFT (tapping), Body Talk, Pranic Healing, AK, Mayan Shamanism, Kahuna, Energy Medicine, Plant Medicine, and of course, Clinical Nutrition.

I strategically use my herbal, botanical, and homeopathic treatments and remedies to correct systems by applying lifestyle changes and behaviors around food and nutrition. My biggest motivation is knowing that the scope of patients, from autistic/vaccine-injured children to Alzheimer's disease and dementia, can live their best lives using the tools and education I provide them.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Continued success and wellness in my own life as I teach and help others to actualize and achieve the same.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

I am only one person! I manage my time and my patients well, but I must also manage my business, and it can be stressful sometimes. My self-care and personal time are necessary components to my overall success, and it's sometimes a challenge to work that in. Balance is key, and I have firm boundaries around that work/life balance.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Breathe. Eat right and trust the process. Pray. Have fun, a great website, social media presence, bookkeeper, and CPA. Pay yourself and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Go big or go home and remember to stay in Christ Consciousness!
