Tell us about yourself
I developed a network when I got my doctorate at Columbia University that allowed me to become a consultant and own my own company. I am motivated by helping leaders and their teams excel at what they do.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Getting through covid and writing my WSJ best-selling book, The Authenticity Code, which is now a virtual program and an app that allows us to deliver our content in-person or online.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the challenging things as a business owner is balancing and managing time.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
