Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in personal and business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Thane Isaacs, Founder of Innovations Tomorrow, located in Bondville, VT, USA.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

Equipping leaders to equip their leaders, allowing each person to do more and the business to thrive. I work primarily with people in the Green Industry.

Tell us about yourself

My personal mission has been to help other people live their fullest life for many years, and now I get paid to do this.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Seeing the transformation in the lives of people which helps to transform their business and the people in their business.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Getting the people responsible for their situations aware that they are responsible for their circumstances.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be willing to fail and learn from those failures. Edison tried 10,000 times to invent the lightbulb.
  2. Understand that NO is not a permanent answer.
  3. Whatever you start out to achieve will look much different once you have achieved it, so be flexible.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Enjoy what you do, even if you fail at it. As my son told me, isn't it better to fail at what you love doing than to succeed at what you hate doing?
