Tell us about yourself
I left my job days before the birth of my first child to begin my journey as an entrepreneur. My motivation is to make an impact on the lives of our people and their families, as well as the communities in which we operate. I am deeply committed to creating a lasting legacy for my children.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Having a positive impact on people and families through providing opportunity and a culture that prioritizes those things first.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Tough decisions, time management, and filtering out the noise which distracts us from executing our strategic plans.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Believe in yourself, or no one else will.
- Make sure you are doing it for the right reasons.
- Make a decision based on data, not emotion.
