What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are sell-side M&A advisors and experts at valuing, marketing, and closing company sales within the lower-middle market. We are industry agnostic but specifically focus on companies with $10-200M in sales.

Tell us about yourself

I am a 25-year financial services professional. For most of this period, I have been 100% success-based. This type of structure has taught me to become more efficient and focus on creating value for people solely.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Balancing work and personal life while raising five kids with my wife, Amy.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Managing cash flow in the early years. New business development never lets up, also. Keeps it exciting.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Figuring out the best funding scenario to enable your success. No matter what your product/service is upfront, be clear on how—-and why—people will buy it. Focus on a few key things that you are great at—better than most—and don’t deviate.
