What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a health and wellness educator. I offer safer options for the home and family :)I also offer woman's circle gatherings where we discuss many topics, from the mind to incorporating healthy habits in one's life to become their better self. I also run a vintage store online through Instagram and the marketplace, and it's been so much fun! I have always been a vintage collector as I was once a pinup model and would buy things just to wear them for the shoot or was given many vintage pieces as well. Now I get to share them with the world and have someone else cherish them too !!
Tell us about yourself
I started many years ago incorporating a healthy lifestyle for myself by learning more about how all these healthy habits have been proven to make a difference in one's body and mind for a longer, healthier life. I find it super rewarding when someone can take all that you have learned for yourself and start changing for the better to become a better Gerson of themselves :) Such a rewarding feeling to know someone is on the right path and journey! Meeting new people every day and learning from one another is very rewarding as well. I feel blessed. Starting my vintage store was scary at first didn't know if anyone would like my vintage threads, but I have done so well thus far, and I am super grateful !!!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment would know that I have made a difference for many people. A Great accomplishment would also be the first day I decided to start incorporating better, healthier habits for myself and never giving up.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Believing in the process and never giving up. Knowing your purpose! Also, knowing that you are not able to do business yourself, staying connected with like-minded people is important.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Just DO IT !!
- If nothing changes, nothing changes.
- Anything is possible !!!
