Tell us about yourself
My background was in staffing, and I saw talented people not getting jobs because they couldn't communicate their value. That's what drove me over 31 years ago to start this business. I am passionate about growth and the potential of that growth. That is what motivates me every single day!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is having a thriving business for multiple decades, and still love what I do every day! We are a referral-based business, and the fact that we work with many of our original clients is a huge accomplishment as well, and I feel so grateful for that.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things is working in the business and on the business and figuring that part out.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
