What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business is focused primarily (for the time being) on helping fitness coaches better serve their clients by utilizing data that we gather from a few different sources (self-analysis/survey, InBody 570 - body composition analysis) and biometric data from wearables.
Tell us about yourself
When I originally started on my journey as an entrepreneur, I started off in the digital marketing realm and got sucked into the world of data and data science in order to better predict future outcomes and help people use those predictions to increase the likelihood of a successful event in their business. I now help Hyperspeed collect data and use it to serve our clients in a better way and continually improve the value we add to the lives of our clients.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I would say the biggest accomplishment thus far for me is finding myself in the health tech space, using my knowledge and skills to help coaches better serve their people.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
I think one of the most difficult things as an entrepreneur or business owner is finding a way to scale something that aligns with your passion(s). I've been fortunate enough to find that alignment with Hyperspeed.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Find a way to add as much value as you can to the world using your skills and education acquired thus far.
- Ensure that your venture will allow you the room you need to develop your skills in a way that allows you to increase the value you bring to clients through your service or product.
- Get crystal clear on who you want to serve and figure out their needs and pains and create something scalable that can serve them in a way that no one else does or is able to.
