What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is focused on Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Most of my customers are couples who are going through a challenge in having a baby and also those who want to embrace the practice of Hunyuan Chinese Medicine and Courses.
Tell us about yourself
I started this business when I began to practice Chinese medicine 30 years ago after I completed my certificates, I was able to meet the fifth-generation model Huai Xuan teacher, Liu Bogu. It has inspired me to share with others how to live harmoniously with our surroundings and overcome disease and struggles with nature's help. Understanding our own center helps us find tranquility and control.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
To give couples a chance to have a family in a healthy way – mentally, physically, and emotionally and proving people the inner peace we all deserve.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
There are some people who are always skeptical about what we do, not just in Chinese Medicine but in the different industries as well. We should have the evidence and knowledge in rising above this kind of challenge in a business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Always have the best education and knowledge of what you do. Next is always to prioritize your customer's needs, not yours, and lastly, believe in what you do, and be passionate about your mission and vision as a company.
