What's your business, and who are your customers?

Most business leaders grow yet eventually hit the ceiling. Why? Because they are upgrading with strategies and tactics alone. We used to be those leaders, but then we "stumbled" upon 𝒂 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔. By upgrading our Paradigms.

Upgrading via Paradigm collapses time and allows you to experience life and success EXACTLY how you choose to. No hustling. No stress. No pressure.

Ultimately, the formula looks like this: Alignment + Integration +Imperfect Action = Visionary Leader. That can be unlocked within you in 90 days.

Having worked with hundreds of Business Owners and organizations around the globe, we realized there were a set of identifiers in leaders that were blocking their journey.

They were:

  • Moving through life not really knowing who they were
  • Feeling burdened with self-induced stress
  • Not spending their time on things they enjoyed (no family time)
  • Not having a clear vision and mission for their company
  • Not being able to delegate to their team effectively
  • Not creating a culture of empowerment and innovation
  • Running businesses when really they dreamed of an "Ecosystem."

They had what it takes to be a powerful, visionary leader. They just needed to unleash their Humble Alpha.

To solve these problems, we designed a 3-Phase System that helps you:

  1. Go from feeling Hesitant about the next step to feeling CERTAINTY
  2. Go from being a Micro-Manager to an INSPIRING LEADER
  3. Go from being Conventional to CUTTING EDGE

It's called the Paradigm Upgrade System, and it helps Business Owners 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒌 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒅 and into a scalable business in 90 days, unleashing their rich and purposeful life, with consistent growth and less effort.

Tell us about yourself

I started in business upon leaving the US Military after a tour in Iraq. I ended up staying in Europe, where I opened a few cocktail bars in Berlin, Germany. The guests in my establishments were the city's leadership and influential persons, this made me a person people wanted to speak with, and I got plenty of offers to work, which I took advantage of. In a few short years, I was a director in a British PLC with 3500 subordinates and 87 locations in 7 countries; during this time, I still had my bars and traveled extensively. In this period, I also worked for people like Mick Jagger, Olivia Newton-John, and Andrea Bocelli. I worked in a few Parliaments in Europe as a consultant and have even advised international leaders.

What I get up for every day is to seize the chance to make today better than yesterday, to effect change in my own world that creates radiant value that carries this value outward like a ripple effect. One of the ways I do this is through my Business Advisory, now fairly famous for the profound results and the friendships formed through working with clients for 12 short weeks to get the business owner to a place of clarity, less work, and more revenue while increasing QOL, or Quality of Life as we call it.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My belief is there is no need to measure any accomplishments; striving to be better daily is no joke for me; therefore, I do see where I was but don't put one accomplishment over the other, BUT if I had to, I would say it is the Exit of a few companies, having equity in a company, helping them grow and scale and then exiting for a higher multiple is very rewarding. Such capital events make a difference in my life and allow me to work with ease on the passion projects I have.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The daily grind is the hardest if you let it get to that, which most new business owners do. This is a major part of my advisory: getting you out of the grind!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Know the person you are speaking to with your product or service; I mean, KNOW them. What is their gender, where do they live, age, attitudes, likes, and dislikes? Some call this your "Avatar"; it's fancy marketing words to impress, forget such things and focus on the basics, and you will never go wrong.
  2. Know the EXACT problem of the person you are now speaking to with your product or service and solve that problem. Very simple. No one cares how amazing you are, what you have done, or that you are featured or a speaker or author; they care about one thing: "What's in it for me, can you solve my problem?"
  3. Leverage your network to generate millions in revenue for introductions, joint ventures, collaborations, partnerships, and much more. This is a major source of my capital events outside the mergers and acquisitions industry, where I also have capital events. Most won't know where to go to get this done, but whatever you do, find someone who has been there and done that, don't believe the hype; believe the results.
