I help athletes and the general population restore their optimal ankle function.
Tell us about yourself
My personal experience with ankle injuries and decades of ups and downs made me want to help others to avoid similar challenges but also know how to work through them.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Creating an online program for those with chronic ankle instability and/or reoccurring ankle injuries. It has required knowledge gained from the up-to-date research literature, several years of professional experience working with hundreds of athletes and the general population, as well as my decades of personal experience with reoccurring ankle injuries.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Consistently creating purposeful content that will help my audience stay motivated and make consistent progress.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Trust in God - He will guide you and make your service or product way better than you could by yourself.
- Keep it simple - get it going, and don't waste time trying to make everything perfect.
- Keep moving forward - everything will seem to go wrong; you've got to keep moving forward.
