What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a human resources firm company that offers entrepreneurial HR support, training program, and business life vision coaching from supervisor to management team in the manufacturing, distribution, and retail at the international level.
Tell us about yourself
Working from SMB to fortune 500 for more than 20 years with great entrepreneurs, owners and leaders gave me the courage to take that leap of faith to start my own firm. "Enjoy what you do and Carry On," they say.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Leaving the big Corp. to start my own business at 53 and bring it to the international level. Also, writing a book, " End Your Self Sabotage," which got published in 3 languages.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
- Situations out of your control.
- You need to keep up with technology. There are many platforms and ever-changing markets to reach the customers that likely want to work with you.
- Finding the right talent and investing and retaining them.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have mentors in different activities of your business.
- Research, do your due diligence, and prepare a solid business plan.
- Networking is essential. Join specific events in order for you to connect with potential clients.
